How do I combine PDF files into one?

To combine PDF files into one, open FilesAll's Merge PDF and add the PDFs. Every page shows as a small picture, so you can drag pages into order, rotate them or remove ones you do not need, then download one PDF. It all runs in your browser, so your documents are never uploaded.

How to merge PDF files in 3 steps

  1. Add your PDFs

Press Choose files, or drag two or more PDFs onto the page. You can add more at any time.

  2. Arrange the pages

Drag pages into the order you want, even between files. Rotate or delete pages if you need to.

  3. Download the merged PDF

Press Download to save one PDF with all the pages in your order.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the order of pages from different files?

Yes. Every page shows as a small picture, and you can drag any page to any position, including pages from different PDFs.

Will the pages look the same after merging?

Yes. The content of each page stays exactly as it was. Only the order, and any rotation you choose, changes.

What happens to bookmarks and form fields?

Merging can remove bookmarks and fillable form fields. FilesAll warns you when a file has them. If you need to fill in a form, do that before you merge.

Can I merge large PDFs with many pages?

Yes. For long documents, page pictures load as you scroll, so you can still find and arrange pages without waiting for all of them.

Can I make the merged PDF smaller?

Yes. Download the merged PDF, then open Compress PDF and add it. That makes it easier to email.

Is FilesAll free?

Yes. You can use FilesAll free every day without signing up, and the tool shows how many free files you have left today. A free account gives you more each day, and Pro removes the daily limit.

Do I need to install anything?

No. FilesAll works in the web browser you already have, on Windows, Mac, Chromebook, iPhone and Android. There is nothing to install, and you do not need an account to start.

Are my files uploaded?

No. FilesAll does all the work inside your browser, on your own device. Your files are never sent to our servers or anyone else's, and they disappear when you close the tab.

Want to check for yourself? Your browser's developer tools list every request this page makes. None of them carries your file.
