Opt out of personalized ads
Ads only ever play on our separate ad page, watch.filesall.com, when you choose to watch one for extra files. Tool pages never show ads. To stop ads there from being personalized:
- On the ad page: use the "Ad privacy settings" link at any time to refuse or change your choices. Refusing still unlocks your files, with ads that are not personalized.
- With Global Privacy Control: if your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. You do not need to do anything else.
In Canada, the EU, the UK and Switzerland, ads are never personalized unless you agree first in the consent window. Anyone can always choose ads that are not personalized.
See, download or delete your information
If you have an account, you can see, correct, download or delete your information in your account settings, or by emailing [support email]. We answer within 30 days. Guests have nothing to delete: guest counts are kept for 24 hours, then removed.
We do not sell your information
We never sell your account information, and we will not treat you differently for using any of these choices. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
