Start over?

You have files you have not downloaded yet. They will be cleared from this page.

This PDF has a password

The file is unlocked on this device. Your password is never sent anywhere. The smaller file keeps the same password.

How do I compress many images at once?

Open FilesAll's Compress images tool, add your JPG, PNG or HEIC images together and press Compress. FilesAll makes each one smaller, shows the size saved, and lets you save them all in one ZIP file. HEIC photos come back as JPG. Everything runs in your browser, so your images never leave your device.

How to compress images in 3 steps

  1. Add your images

Press Choose files, or drag a group of JPG, PNG or HEIC images onto the page. You can mix formats.

  2. Check the options

The Balanced level is picked for you. You can set a maximum width to shrink large photos too.

  3. Download all

Press Download all to get every image in one ZIP file, or Download to save them one by one.

Frequently asked questions

Can I mix JPG, PNG and HEIC in one batch?

Yes. Add them all together. JPGs stay JPG and PNGs stay PNG. HEIC photos are saved as JPG, so they open on any device.

How do I make photos small enough for a website or form?

Set a maximum width as well as compressing. Shrinking a large camera photo to a smaller width usually saves the most space.

Do I have to download each image separately?

No. Press Download all to save every compressed image together in one ZIP file.

What are the Light and Strong levels?

Balanced is free and suits most images. Light keeps more detail and Strong makes files smaller still. Light and Strong are part of Pro.

Are my photos' locations removed?

Yes, by default. Photos often record where they were taken. FilesAll removes that hidden location data when it compresses, and tells you it did.

Is FilesAll free?

Yes. You can use FilesAll free every day without signing up, and the tool shows how many free files you have left today. A free account gives you more each day, and Pro removes the daily limit.

Do I need to install anything?

No. FilesAll works in the web browser you already have, on Windows, Mac, Chromebook, iPhone and Android. There is nothing to install, and you do not need an account to start.

Are my files uploaded?

No. FilesAll does all the work inside your browser, on your own device. Your files are never sent to our servers or anyone else's, and they disappear when you close the tab.

Want to check for yourself? Your browser's developer tools list every request this page makes. None of them carries your file.
